1) Who runs the Shop@DCRC store?

Order shipment is handled by Rick and Chase, while customer support is usually fielded by Eddie.

2) How long will it take for X product to ship?

  • If PRE-ORDER: Production starts after the PRE-ORDER PERIOD ends. This means that, depending on the complexity of the items and the specific manufacturer, it may take from 1 to 3 MONTHS before items start shipping. This information will also be available on the relevant product listing.
  • If IN-STOCK: Orders are usually shipped out once a week on Mondays. Please, give us at least two weeks to get to your order before contacting us about status updates!

NOTE: If you have purchased in-stock items with your pre-order, the full package will not be shipped out until the pre-order item arrives. If you want your in-stock items to be delivered earlier, please purchase them separately.

3) How much does shipping cost? Do you ship internationally?

Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically by the storefront. We ship to most countries around the world!

For NON-USA customers:  PLEASE BE AWARE that some countries may request the payment of an import tax once the order goes through customs. This fee is not calculated at the Shop@DCRC checkout. It is the responsibility of the client to pay those fees in order to receive their order.

4) Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Please make sure to check the status of your items beforehand, it might have already been updated!

  • If PRE-ORDER: These items require additional time until they are manufactured. This means a longer wait time until they are shipped. You can keep an eye on our socials, where we post updates regarding the production status of pre-order items.
  • If IN STOCK: If you already received your tracking information and it has been stuck at "LABEL CREATED" for more than a week, or if a label hasn't been created on the next Monday after your order was placed, please reach out to us and we'll look into it.
5) How long does it take for a package to arrive after shipment?
All items will be shipped with tracking, so you can keep an eye on the status of your order. The broad estimates are as follows:
 
USA: 1 to 5 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 1 to 6+ weeks
 
We ask clients to be aware that once a package is with the postal service, it is out of our purview. However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues involving package delivery - contact support and we will see what we can do.
