Changes to the shop, state of orders and general address

Hello, everyone! Eddie here. It's been a while since we did a big write-up related to the store, and considering the internal changes that have been slowly taking place over the course of the past few months, we figured we were overdue for it.

First off, and most importantly, all of us would like to issue a sincere apology to all customers that were impacted by the store shipment delays. We've touched on it already with all that have reached out using our support channels, and as of the time of writing, our backlog of older orders has been fully taken care of. If you've ordered something from us before August and still have some questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us at shop@deconreconstruction.com.

With that out of the way, let's talk about the future of SHOP@DCRC! Like I mentioned above, we've spent the past couple of months reassessing and reorganizing our production pipeline, and we're pretty excited about the changes that the store has settled into. We are operating from a new fulfillment center, and I think a lot of folks will be happy to know that the people now responsible for managing the shipping and handling of our orders are friends Rick and Chase from ConjunxEndurae fame! They both have extensive experience in the business and it's been a pleasure having them on board, both on the merch planning and management side. On my end, I've now taken over the role of customer support, so that's who you'll be talking to if you ever need to shoot us an email!

We're also really looking forward to having new merch drops again, which we have TONS of ideas for. Perhaps we'll even give the store site a fresh coat of paint in the near future? Only time will tell...

That's about all the news we have to give so far, but keep an eye on our socials for further updates regarding the store! I've heard through the grapevine that there might be some fresh new arrivals heading to our shelves soon.
